PARTS MANAGER
Parts Manager required for a Dealership in Essex.

Basic salary £26,000pa up to £29,000pa plus BONUS & OTE

Our client is looking for an experienced Parts Manager / Parts Supervisor to help run a small parts department in the Telford area.

You will be joining a friendly parts team and working on the front and back counter (Trade and Retail).
As the Parts Manager / Parts Supervisor you will need to understand the key drivers of the business, such a profit and loss, and budgeting within the department. Be responsible for leading a busy parts department, helping to manage the selling, ordering and delivery of all parts that are required by the business and customers. It is a busy customer focused environment, which requires concentration, attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Alongside being open and honest.

Working Hours Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Saturdays (rotational)

Skills & Qualifications of a Parts Manager / Parts Supervisor Role:

·Must have 2 years minimum dealership experience at a main dealership
·Front and back counter (Trade and Retail)
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Strong stable job history
·Ability to thrive within a busy parts department
