Salary of the Parts Advisor / Trade Parts Specialist – £21,000 - OTE £23,000
Overtime at time and a half
Performance related bonus (up to 2k per annum)
Working Hours of the Parts Advisor / Trade Parts Specialist – 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday / Every other Saturday morning - Paid at time and a half
Location of the Parts Advisor / Trade Parts Specialist – Cardiff, South Wales
Our established main dealer requires an experienced Parts Advisor / Trade Parts Specialist for their successful flagship depot in Cardiff.
As a Parts Advisor / Trade Parts Specialist you will reporting to the Parts Manager to support the Customer requirements both internal and external.
Responsibilities of a Parts Advisor / Trade Parts Specialist:
·Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location
·Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need
·Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner
·Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date
·Informing customers of any current special offers
·Working to sales targets for parts
·Demonstrates behaviours consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
Skills and Qualifications of a Parts Advisor / Trade Parts Specialist:
·One or more years of parts experience essential
·Two or more year’s related experience in trade parts
·Kerride or ADP knowledge
·Excellent customer service skills
·Professional appearance and work ethic
·Ability to work well in a process driven environment
·Valid Full driver license
