PARTS ADVISOR
 
Parts Advisor details:
Basic Salary: £20,000 - £22,000
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm - Mon - Fri
Location: Northampton
 
A busy accident repair centre is seeking a Parts Advisor to join their team. Experience is beneficial but would also take someone who has worked in a Bodyshop as a Customer Service Advisor.
 
For the Parts Advisor role, ideally you will have experience within the automotive industry and have great working attitude. As Parts Advisor you will need to be methodical target driven, comfortable selling with quality customer service skills.
 
Responsibilities of a Parts Advisor
·Ordering, selling and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.
·Dealing with a high volume of calls in the department.  

Skills and Qualifications of a Parts Advisor
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Strong customer service skills
