Panel Beater

PANEL BEATER
Basic Salary - Up to £25/hour as Ltd/Umbrella company
Working Hours - Mondays to Fridays (3 days a week when starting with the option to go full-time)
Location - Reading
Duration - Ongoing contract
 
We are looking for a talented and efficient Panel Beater to join our client. You will be repairing damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturers' specifications within a state-of-the-art Bodyshop, utilising modern equipment and techniques. 
 
If you consider yourself to be self-motivated, flexible, have the ability to work well on your own and you feel you have the necessary skills to work within a vehicle preparation environment, then we would be keen to hear from you.
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Panel Beater
·You will have served a recognised apprenticeship as a Panel Beater and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA).
·You must have previous experience working as a Panel Beater within a busy body shop and be a strong team player with a self-motivation to earn bonus hours. 
·You will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques. 
·You must be at least 90% efficient on Audatex times
 
Responsibilities of a Panel Beater
·Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre 
·Follow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction
·Completing Panel Beating and MET duties on each job
