Master Technician

SENIOR VEHICLE TECHNICIAN or MASTER TECHNICIAN (VAG TRAINED)
Senior Vehicle Technician or Master Technician required for our Dealership Client in Basingstoke

Basic Salary up to £32,000pa plus BONUS & OTE up to £41,000pa (bonus is currently being achieved by current Master Tech's)

·Are you a strong leader who is keen to help other vehicle technicians grow?

This is a challenge for a Senior Vehicle Technician or Master Technician to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward through supporting the workshop and the service team. You will need to be fully experienced in the field as you will be highly skilled in fault diagnoses and working on complex repairs and diagnostic repairs as well as helping your team when required. You will have VAG training for this position.

Working hours 08:30-5pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays (1 in 2) 08:30am – 12:30pm

Essential Skills & Qualifications for Master Technician or Senior Vehicle Technician role
·NVQ Level 3/4in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
·Master Technician / Senior status within the VAG Group
·Strong longevity in your role
·Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
·Franchised dealership / large independent experience
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
