MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATOR - AUTOMOTIVE
 
Salary - £24,000-£26,000pa
 
Working Hours - Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00
 
Location -Avonmouth
 
Organised and energetic Service Administrator required for a high-volume workshop.
As our clients Service Administrator, you will assist the Depot Manager to manage the workshop to ensure a profitable & efficient site that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
 
Responsibilities of a Maintenance Administrator:
 
·Answering the telephone and dealing with scheduled vehicle maintenance/breakdown enquires
·Scheduling mobile mechanics' workload
·Running weekly vehicle 'overdue' reports
·Liaising with external  repairers to ensure pre-organised work is complete
·Obtaining  paperwork from external suppliers
·Monitor vehicle compliance dates on the system
·Scanning vehicle history compliance paperwork on to the system including MOT certificates etc
