LOCAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Basic Salary – £20,000pa plus BONUS & OTE
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8:00am - 17:30pm and 8:30am - 18:00pm
Location - North London
Our client is looking for a seasoned Business Manager to join their team. You will be a hands-on Business Manager who has passion and takes pride in all that they do. Also, a friendly expert who wants to deliver an outstanding customer motoring experience through honesty and trust.
Responsibilities of a Local Business Development Manager
·Target Local Business 6-79 Fleet Size (SME)
·Achieve monthly/annual sales target
·Achieve monthly KPI's including digital activity
·Contact Hire Renewals Targets
·Focus on Customer Satisfaction
Skills & Qualifications of a Local Business Development Manager
·B2B experience (preferred, but not essential)
·Proven track record of sales within a main dealership
·Previous Business Manager experience within an automotive dealership is essential
·Demonstrates the ability to works well under pressure
·Excellent relationship building, customer facing and negotiating skills
·A full and clean UK Driving Licence
