Great Opportunity for an Experienced  HR Manager

Salary: Basic up to £50-55k pa
Location: Hampshire
We currently have an opportunity for a HR Officer / HR Manager in the Hampshire area.

Key skills:
Pro-active
Attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Good IT skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience of working as a HR Manager / HR Officer
Flexible, with the ability to work on own initiative, and to tight time scales.
 Ability to work under pressure
 Prior experience within HR
CIPD Level 7

Role Responsibilities

Monitor Pay role

Keep all employee records and HR database updated

Administration support for recruitment, ER, performance management, etc

Starters and leavers administration

Co-ordinate appraisal process

New employee inductions

Controlling the recruitment process, interviews, booking rooms etc

Help managers with job specs

Collate payroll and benefits information for finance

Reporting of security incidents
