HGV Trailer Technician

HGV TRAILER TECHNICIAN
 
Salary - up to £44,000pa + Overtime
Working Hours - Monday-Friday 45 hours per week
Location - Bedford
Benefits- 33 days annual leave, Overtime paid at time and a half/double time, enhanced pension scheme, recognition rewards
 
My client is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and ambitious HGV Trailer Technician or HGV Technician wanting to make the most of their position in order to succeed and progress within one of Europe's largest trailer companies.
 
Responsibilities of a Trailer Technician
·Service, repair & maintain trailers to a high standard within the company guidelines. and to conform to all current mandatory & EHS legislation.
·To ensure all service documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
·To report up to the Branch or Workshop Manager any defects relating to the tankers which could suggest a manufacturing issue with any of the components.
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Trailer Technician
·To project a high customer service & corporate image at ALL times.
·NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Goods Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
·Full UK Driving Licence
