Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 - Depending on experience
Hours: 4 on 4 off 45 Hours per week

This is an opportunity for a HGV technician - Shift supervisor to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward through supporting the workshop and the service team.

HGV Technician- Shift Supervisor

·Supervising a shift of HGV Technicians and ensuring staff discipline is maintained
·Issuing work to Technicians and providing technical support to your team
·Managing shift effectively and proactively improving shift productivity
·Ensuring excellent quality standards are achieved
·Maintaining and managing customer expectations
·Ensuring good housekeeping and all health and safety processes are always adhered too


Required for this HGV Technician - Shift Supervisor role:

·You must be a qualified HGV Technician
·Strong leadership and communication skills
·Excellent organisational skills
·Be confident in dealing with customers and ensuring the provision of the highest level of customer service
·Have a positive and flexible outlook
·The ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
·HGV Class 1 or 2 licence essential for the role
