(overtime available at 1.5)

Night Shift:
4 on 4 off 18:00 – 06:00

My client is looking for a qualified HGV Technician / Light Commercial Technician / Mechanic / PSV Technician / HGV Fitter / Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Engineer to join their busy workshop in barnsley.

The HGV Technician / Light Commercial Technician / Mechanic / PSV Technician / HGV Fitter / Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Engineer role involves:
·Repairing company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current legislation.
·Routine vehicle maintenance to VOSA standards.
·Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for annual MOT inspection.
·Diagnosis of vehicles using computer based diagnostic equipment.
·Carry out re-chassis work and light fabrication work.
·Good housekeeping routines to meet H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed to a high standard.
·To communicate effectively with the Workshop Manager

Essential for this HGV Technician / Light Commercial Technician / Mechanic / PSV Technician / HGV Fitter / Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Engineer role:
·Level 3 or equivalent
·Class 1 or 2 licence
·Main dealer Experience
