OTE: £47,000pa - £50,000pa
Basic Salary: £45,500pa
 
HGV Technician Job Details:
Working Hours:
Week 1 - Monday-Friday - 06:00-14:30
Week 2 - Monday-Thursday - 14:30-23:00 Friday - 12:30-21:00 + Saturday Morning 08:00-13:00
Location: Reading
 
Responsibilities of a HGV Technician
·Routine vehicle maintenance to DVSA standards.
·Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection.
·Diagnosing of vehicles diagnostic equipment.
·Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed.
Skills and Qualifications of a HGV Technician
·Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician
·HGV licence is an advantage
