Basic Salary: £45,000-£50,000pa
HGV Technician Job Details
Working Hours: Monday-Friday - 08:00-17:00
Location: Northampton
My client is looking for a skilled & experienced HGV Technician to work on a variety of Trucks and Trailer. You will need to have prior HGV Technician experience working within a dealership or fleet maintenance environment.
Responsibilities of an HGV Technician
·Routine vehicle maintenance to DVSA standards.
·Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection.
·Diagnosing of vehicles diagnostic equipment.
·Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed.
Skills and Qualifications of an HGV Mechanic
·Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician
·HGV licence is an advantage
