HGV TECHNICIAN
 
OTE - £45,000pa
 
Basic Salary = £43,095pa
 
Location = Blaydon
 
Rotating shifts
Week 1 = 06:00 - 15:30 - Monday-Friday
Week 2 = 13:00 - 22:30 - Monday-Friday
 
+ Alternating Saturday morning to 12 Midday (Time and a half)
 
Responsibilities of an HGV Technician
·Routine vehicle maintenance to DVSA standards.
·Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection.
·Diagnosing of vehicles diagnostic equipment.
·Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed

Skills and Qualifications of an HGV Technician
·Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician
·Time Served Apprentiship
·HGV licence is an advantage
