Job role:HGV Technician
Working days & hours:Monday - Friday DAY SHIFT - 05:30 - 15:00 Week One / 08:30 - 18:00 Week Two
Hourly rates:£42,212 basic salary + £1,500 signing on bonus + Overtime and Bonus - Yearly on target earnings of £50,000 - £55,000
Location:Tipton
Motivated and Enthusiastic HGV Technician is required for a successful workshop.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HGV Technician to join a thriving workshop and be part of a forward-thinking company that looks after their employees.
Responsibilities of an HGV Technician:
·Routine vehicle maintenance to DVSA standards.
·Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection.
·Diagnosing of vehicles faults using manufacturer diagnostic equipment.
·Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed.
Skills and Qualifications of an HGV Technician
·Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic
·Skilled and experienced in all aspects of vehicle inspection, service & repair
·HGV licence is an advantage
·Diagnostic experience
