Job role:HGV Technician
Working Hours:21:00 - 07:00 - Tuesday - Friday
Hourly rate:£20.00 PER HOUR - £41,600 basic salary + overtime - Yearly earnings well over
Depot Location:Leicester
My client is a major Truck dealer group with nation wide coverage, at their Leicester depot, they are looking to employ an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter to work on a 4 on 3 off night shift rotation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic to join a thriving workshop and be part of a forward-thinking company that looks after and invests heavily in their employees.
Responsibilities of an HGV Technician
·Routine vehicle maintenance to VOSA standards.
·Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection.
·Diagnosing of vehicles diagnostic equipment.
·Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed.
Skills and Qualifications of an HGV Technician
·Level 3 / City & Guilds / NVQ qualified Technician or industry equivalent
·Detailed knowledge and understanding of modern Trucks & Trailer maintenance
·HGV licence is an advantage
·Diagnostic experience
