HGV / Trailer Technician- Liverpool
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000
Hours: 45 Hours per week - Days

Motivated and Enthusiastic HGV Technician / Trailer Technician required for a thriving workshop in Liverpool.

The role is both mobile and workshop based, dependant on requirements with overtime available.

The company is looking to expand over the next 12 months with serious scope for internal promotion.

This is an opportunity for a HGV technician to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward through supporting the workshop and the service team.

HGV / Trailer Technician

·Repairing company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current legislation.
·Routine vehicle maintenance to VOSA standards.
·Twelve weekly inspections.
·Preparation for MOT.
·Diagnosis of vehicles using computer based diagnostic equipment.
·Carry out re-chassis work and light fabrication work.
·Good housekeeping routines to meet H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed to a high standard.
·Utilise all Personal Protective Equipment as necessary.
·To communicate effectively with the Workshop Manager.

Required for this HGV / Trailer Technician

·Level 3 (NVQ or IMI) or Time served  
·HGV technician is essential.
·Driving License Class 1 ad 2
·Trailer experience
·Diagnostic experience
