HGV Technician- Chippenham
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 p/a
Operating on an alternating AM / PM shift basis (AM – 6am-2:30pm, PM – 1:30pm-10pm)

Motivated and Enthusiastic HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic required for a thriving workshop in Chippenham
This is an opportunity for a technician to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward through supporting the workshop and the service team.
You’ll be working on a diverse range of modern trucks from manufacturers such as MAN, Scania, DAF and Renault, working out of a state of the art, purpose-built facility.
The HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic role involves:
· Qualification in heavy vehicle mechanics
· Experience in the repair and maintenance of HGV vehicles within the commercial vehicle industry
· Ability to work under pressure
· Ability to work as part of a team
· Problem solving skills.
· Full UK Driving licence
· HGV licence would be an advantage.
Required for this HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic role:
·Level 3 or equivalent or Time served
·HGV technician is essential
·Driving License (required) Class 1 or 2 licence
·Trailer experience
·Diagnostic experience
