Location of the HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic / Mechanic / Municipal Technician / Plant Fitter / Fleet Engineer: Dursley, Gloucestershire

Salary of the HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic / Mechanic / Municipal Technician / Plant Fitter / Fleet Engineer:
£36,000 per annum DOE

Working hours of the HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic / Mechanic / Municipal Technician / Plant Fitter / Fleet Engineer:
Dayshift, Monday to Friday -
Overtime available at time and a half


Motivated and enthusiastic HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic / Mechanic / Municipal Technician / Plant Fitter / Fleet Engineer required for a successful company based in Gloucestershire.

This a varied role working on vehicles and a specialist fleet.

We are looking for an HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic / Mechanic / Municipal Technician / Plant Fitter / Fleet Engineer to join a thriving workshop and be part of a forward-thinking, nationwide company that looks after their employees.

This HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic / Mechanic / Municipal Technician / Plant Fitter / Fleet Engineer role involves:

·Routine vehicle maintenance to VOSA standards.
·Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection.
·Diagnosing of vehicles diagnostic equipment.
·Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed.

HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic / Mechanic / Municipal Technician / Plant Fitter / Fleet Engineer Requirements:

·Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician (Time served considered too)
·HGV licence is an advantage but not essential
·Diagnostic experience
·Experience of hydraulics and electrical systems an advantage but not essential as full training will be given
·Experience on Municipal vehicles is an advantage
