The role of an HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic
·Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on all makes of vehicles and trailers to VOSA standard
·Attend regular training courses to keep up to date with current product knowledge
·Ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to
·Maintain a high level of tidiness & cleanliness

What the HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic needs:
·Irtec, City & Guilds or NVQ qualified certificate
·Ability to undertake fast and accurate fault diagnosis using diagnostic equipment
·Complete safety checks and prepare vehicles for MOT's
·Ability to participate in breakdowns
·Skills to follow company processes for completing all paperwork
·High levels of customer service
·Team player
·LGV C & E licence beneficial
