Week 2 Monday – Friday 12:00 – 21:00 (Saturday Morning 07:00 – 12:00)


My client is a service and parts dealer. It is a friendly family run business and also operates its own fleet of vehicles and trailers.
They are looking for HGV Technician/ HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter to join their team of technicians in an ever growing business.
They operate a two shift system shift one being 0700 to 1600 Monday to Friday and shift two being 1200 to 2100 Monday to Friday with a Saturday morning of 0700 to 1200 working a week about.
The company offers a friendly work environment in a well-equipped workshop offering a very good salary sacrifice pension scheme and an excellent hourly rate and shift allowance dependant on experience.
There currently is as much overtime as you wish paid at time and a half or double but like all overtime it is never guaranteed.


HGV Technician/ HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter:

·Required to work in busy Trailer/HGV workshop
·Must be conversant with current working methods, including MOT Preparation & Trailer and Vehicle diagnostics
·Work to include carrying out service and maintenance of predominantly trailers but also HGV and LGV
·Experience of on-site inspections and attending breakdowns preferable
·Must be Level 3 or equivalent
·Must own tools
