HGV Diagnostic Technician

Salary – £15 - £16 per hour (DOE)

Working Hours – Monday to Friday Days 45 Hours

Location - Peterborough

Motivated and Enthusiastic Diagnostic HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic required for a successful workshop.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Diagnostic HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV join a thriving workshop and be part of a forward-thinking company that looks after their employees. It would suit a Diagnostic Technician / HGV Technician / Diagnostic Mechanic / HGV Diagnostic Fitter who enjoys some supervisory duties.

Responsibilities of a Diagnostic HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic:

·Go to Technician for all Diagnostic queries.
·HGV Licence required in order to test drives
·Routine vehicle maintenance to VOSA standards.
·Mentor Technicians and apprentices
·Complete job cards and service sheets using online systems.
·Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed.

Skills and Qualifications of a HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic:

·Diagnostic knowledge using E.A.SY Diagnostic System
·Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician
·HGV licence is an advantage as road tests would need to be carried out
