HGV TECHNICIAN

Location: Slough

Salary – £16 per hour + £80 per week

Working Hours – 40 hours per week

Location - Slough

Motivated and Enthusiastic HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic required for a successful workshop.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Technician join a thriving workshop and be part of a forward-thinking company that looks after their employees.

Main Dealer experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities of a HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Technician:

·Routine vehicle maintenance to VOSA standards.
·Carry out routine inspections, maintenance service and repairs on franchised and non-franchised marques including trailers
·Complete job cards and service sheets using online systems
·Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection.
·Diagnosing of vehicles diagnostic equipment.
·Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed.

Skills and Qualifications of a HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Technician:

·Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician
·HGV licence is an advantage
·Diagnostic experience
