Salary – up to £46,000pa DOE
Working Hours –
Week 1 - 06:00-15:00
Week 2: 14:00-23:00
Location - Witham (Essex)

My client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Commercial Supervisor or HGV Technician looking to progress there career. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving workshop and be part of a forward-thinking company that looks after their employees.

Responsibilities of a Supervisor
·Supervising a shift of HGV Technicians and ensuring staff discipline is maintained
·Issuing work to Technicians and providing technical support to your team
·Managing shift effectively and proactively improving shift productivity
·Ensuring excellent quality standards are achieved
·Maintaining and managing customer expectations
·Ensuring good housekeeping and all health and safety processes are always adhered too


Skills and Qualifications of a HGV Technician
·You must be a qualified HGV Technician
·Strong leadership and communication skills
·Excellent organisational skills
·Be confident in dealing with customers and ensuring the provision of the highest level of customer service
·Polite telephone manner
·Have a positive and flexible outlook
·The ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
·HGV Class 1 or 2 licence essential for the role
