HGV Mechanic

HGV TECHNICIAN
Salary: OTE: £45,000.00pa (Over time paid at time & a half)
 
Working Hours: Week 1 -  06:00 - 14:00 Mon - Friday - Week 2 - 14:00 - 22:30 Mon - Friday
 
Location: Bristol

Skilled & experienced HGV Mechanic is required for full time permanent vacancy.
 
For the HGV Mechanic role you will need to have prior HGV Mechanic experience working within a dealership or fleet maintenance environment.
Responsibilities of a HGV Mechanic
·Routine vehicle maintenance to VOSA standards.
·Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection.
·Diagnosing of vehicles diagnostic equipment.
·Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed.
Skills and Qualifications of a HGV Mechanic
·Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician
·HGV licence is an advantage
·Diagnostic experience
