Salary of the Diagnostic Technician / HGV Technician / HGV Diagnostic Technician / HGV Mechanic / PSV Technician – £15 - £16 per hour (DOE)

Working Hours of the Diagnostic Technician / HGV Technician / HGV Diagnostic Technician / HGV Mechanic / PSV Technician – Monday to Friday Days 08:00 - 17:00

Location of the Diagnostic Technician / HGV Technician / HGV Diagnostic Technician / HGV Mechanic / PSV Technician - Peterborough

Motivated and Enthusiastic Diagnostic Technician / HGV Technician / HGV Diagnostic Technician / HGV Mechanic / PSV Technician required for a successful workshop.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Diagnostic Technician / HGV Technician / HGV Diagnostic Technician / HGV Mechanic / PSV Technician to join a thriving workshop and be part of a forward-thinking company that looks after their employees. It would suit a Diagnostic Technician who enjoys some supervisory duties.

Responsibilities of a Diagnostic Technician / HGV Technician / HGV Diagnostic Technician / HGV Mechanic / PSV Technician:

·Go to Technician for all Diagnostic queries.
·HGV Licence required in order to test drives
·Routine vehicle maintenance to VOSA standards.
·Carry out routine inspections maintenance service and repairs on franchised and non-franchised marques including trailers.
·Mentor Technicians and apprentices
·Complete job cards and service sheets using online systems.
·Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed.

Skills and Qualifications of a Diagnostic Technician / HGV Technician / HGV Diagnostic Technician / HGV Mechanic / PSV Technician:

·Diagnostic knowledge using E.A.S.Y Diagnostic System
·Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician
·HGV licence is an advantage as road tests would need to be carried out
