Basic Salary – £22,000
OTE - £26,000
Location - Northampton

Our client is looking for a customer service professional within the motor industry to join their successful team as Handover Specialist. The Handover Specialist will have a major part to play in achieving success by providing a professional service to all service customers and supporting the Sales Consultants.

Responsibilities of a Handover Specialist:
·Processing delivery arrangements
·Ensuring funds are cleared and received
·Managing part exchanged vehicles
·Maintaining customer retention

Skills and Qualifications of a Handover Specialist:
·Sales Support/Customer Service Environment
·Automotive experience (not essential)
·Excellent verbal and written communication skil;s
·Good Numeracy skills
·Organised
·Passion for customer service
