Enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist required for a thriving workshop located in Manchester.

£23,000 - £26,500 / Monday - Friday / 08:00 - 17:00

·Are you a strong sales person who understands the importance of up selling, in order to benefit both the customer and the company?

A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Specialist has arisen for a very successful Trailer Fleet in Manchester.

This is an opportunity for a service advisor to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward through assisting the customer, taking direction and using initiative.

You will need to be fully experienced and interested in the field as you will be guiding customers and members of your team to ensure the best possible service is received by the customer and the company reputation is maintained.


£23,000 - £26,500

Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00


Essential Skills & Qualifications for this Customer Service Specialist role:
·Previous experience in a similar role and an extensive knowledge of the auto-motive industry, preferably the commercial side.
·A can-do attitude, an enthusiastic personality and a confidence in your specialised knowledge about the auto-motive industry.
·Flexible and natural approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
·An understanding of Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle or a similar DMS system
·Full clean UK Driving Licence (preferred)
