My client, part of the largest Motor Vehicle Franchise groups in the world is looking to employ a highly motivated individual who has experience in a Contact Centre Environment.

The ideal Customer Service Advisor / Customer Care Advisor / Customer Care Consultant / Customer Service Specialist would be able to provide the following:

·Exceptional customer service
·Previous experience working within the Automotive industry
·Ability to work well within a team towards common goals and targets
·Manage both inbound and outbound customer enquiries via multiple channels
·Detailed reports to the Customer Care Manager
