COMMERCIAL SERVICE ADVISOR- NORTH ACTON - £30,000
Salary -£28,000 (Negotiable based off experience - OTE: £30.000
Week 1- 06:00 - 15:30
Week 2- 08:30 - 18:00
1 IN 2 Saturday Mornings (7am - 12pm)
 
 
Vacancy to be filled by an experienced Service Advisor with a flexible and can-do attitude who is always committed to offering quality customer service.  
 
Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
·Take Service Department bookings.
·Arranging service/repair bookings by phone and face to face
·Entering customer and vehicle information onto in-house database
·Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
·Arranging collections and recoveries and all other associated adhoc duties
·Meeting and greeting service customers and identifying their service requirements
·Updating customers with technical issues
·Dealing with complaints
·Seize opportunities for up selling products
·Producing job cards, invoices and monthly reports for customers
 
 
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
·Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor (Commercial service desirable)
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Must be money motivated with confidence in up selling
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·To be able to work well independently as part of a team
·Ability to thrive within a busy service department
·Being driven and positive
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
