£30,000 - £35,000

7am – 4:30pm Mon - Thurs
7am –1pm on a Fri
4.5 days per week

We are looking for an Auto Electrician to Work in a small team environment, you will be responsible for assembling a range of electrical components & wiring looms, of which you will then fit to the range of hand built vehicles such as, Tippers, Dropsides etc. Throughout you career you will have the opportunity of on going training and progression.

This HGV Auto Electrician role involves:
·Wiring of all associated electrical components on new commercial vehicles.
·To fault find and repair electrical components on new and old vehicles.
·To carry out electrical maintenance and function checks on new and old vehicles
·Attend electrical breakdowns of vehicles when required
·Assist field engineers with technical knowledge when required
·Liaise with the parts department to ensure the correct parts are ordered
·Accurate completion of any job cards, time sheets or any other vehicles documentation
·Ensure that standards are maintained relative to maintenance / cleanliness of vehicles
·Ensuring workload is prioritised and deadlines are met.
·Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed.

This Auto Electrician role Requires:
·Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified auto technician (Time served considered too)
·Full Driving licence
