Opportunity for a process driven and proactive Aftersales Manager to join and manage a team in a brand new site in Essex.You will motivate the service department and ensuring efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements with their best interest as your priority.
You as an individual must be a team player, enthusiastic with strong personable skills.

Responsibilities of a Aftersales Manager
·The day to day running of the Aftersales Department
·Be able to lead a team of Service and Parts Advisor’s and a team of Technicians
·To maintain CSI levels to a very high standard
·Maximise profitability of the department
·As a Aftersales Manager you must be customer focused to a high standard, possess excellent organisational and communication skills and be forward thinking to drive the business forward
·You must be target driven and confident in up-selling additional works and products to your customers
·A positive and ‘can do’ attitude is essential In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary, bonus scheme, company car, excellent working facilities and progression within the company
·To provide an exceptional level of customer service to all inbound van enquiries whilst providing key administrative support for the groups booking process

Skills and Qualifications of an Aftersales Manager
·Must have previous experience as an Aftersales Manager (Commercial is desirable)
·Driven by exceeding targets
·Have the ability to lead and motivate the team
·Have an interest and passion for commercial vehicles
·Strong leadership and evidence of outstanding customer service
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·The ability to motivate and inspire a team in a target driven environment
