COACHBUILDER / TRAILER BODY REPAIRER
 
Salary - £30,000 to £35,000 with Overtime
Working Hours - Monday - Friday 7am to 17pm
Location - Manchester
Saturday Occasional as business dictates
 
Our local engineering client is looking for Coach Builders / Commercial Vehicle Bodybuilders / Trailer Body Repairer to join their team, working on specialist commercial vehicle builds for a wide range of high-profile clients.
Coachbuilder / Trailer Body Repairer responsibilities:
·Understanding schematics to undertake new-build and vehicle conversions
·Using hand tools
·Working with steel, aluminium and wood will be required for this role
·Removal and refitting of interior and exterior trims, framework and panels
·Mechanical fitting and general metal work.Reading engineers' drawings to undertake new-build and vehicle conversions

· 
 Coachbuilder / Trailer Body Repairer experience & skills:
 
·Experience of working on commercial vehicle bodies would be an advantage for this role
·Previous Coachbuilding experience would be advantageous
·Metalwork or light mechanical fitting experience
·Experience working with vehicles or in an engineering environment would be an advantage
·A trainee with transferable skills will be considered for this role.
