Location of the Coachbuilder / Bodybuilder / Panel Beater: Portsmouth

Salary of the Coachbuilder / Bodybuilder / Panel Beater: £25,000pa up to £30,000pa + BONUS

Working hours of the Coachbuilder / Bodybuilder / Panel Beater:
Shift 1 Monday to Thursday 07:00am -16:15pm & Friday 07:00am – 15:30am (with every other Friday off)
Shift 2 Monday to Thursday 13:00am - 22:30pm & Friday 09:30am – 15:30pm (with every other Friday off)
Shift 3 (nights) Monday to Thursday 22:00pm - 07:30am

Our client is currently looking for an Coachbuilder / Bodybuilder / Panel Beater to join their busy Commercial Vehicle Bodyshop in Portsmouth.

The Coachbuilder / Bodybuilder / Panel Beater will be building new bodies in their newbuild sector in line with the manufacturer’s specifications, utilising modern equipment and techniques. You will also need to know and be aware of the products whilst following the correct repair techniques.

Essential Skills & Qualifications for Coachbuilder / Bodybuilder / Panel Beater role:

·You will have served a recognised apprenticeship as a Coachbuilder or Body Building and gained a technical qualification.
·You must have previous experience working as a Coahcbuilder / Bodybuilder within a busy body shop and be a strong team player with a self-motivation.
·You will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicles and building

Coachbuilder / Bodybuilder / Panel Beater from the following background will be considered:

·RAF, REME, Army, Navy
·Engineering Services Maintenance
·Heavy Mechanical Engineering
