BODYSHOP TEAM LEADER
Basic Salary:£57,000
Working Hours:Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm
Location:Basingstoke
 
This will be a hands on role and the candidate must have experience as a Panel Beater with MET experience
 
We have an excellent opportunity for a friendly and ambitious person to join a highly respected company as an Bodyshop Team Leader . As an Bodyshop Team Leader you will be responsible for the following:
 
Responsibilities of an Bodyshop Team Leader
·To lead and motivate Bodyshop team to deliver departmental performance.
·Assisting Bodyshop Manager when required
·Covering Bodyshop Manager in their absence
·Ensure work quality meets and exceeds desired level.
 
Skills and Qualifications of an Bodyshop Team Leader

·You'll want to develop your career and will be committed to ongoing training and development.
·You'll have a full driving licence, valid in the UK with no more than 6 penalty points.
·ATA VDA qualification preferred.
