Bodyshop Advisor / Receptionist Required in Southampton

Salary: £22,000 - £26,000+
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00
Holiday: 22 days per annum + bank holidays

Are you a bodyshop receptionist looking for a new challenge to work directly with the Director?

You will be providing front of house customer service.

Main duties:

·Managing front of house
·Bookings
·Managing Drivers
·Managing Courtesy Car Fleet
·Daily HR enquiries
·Work wear Orders
·Banking
·Occasional Driving
·Working closely with General Manager (PA type duties)
·Looking after several manufacture approvals
·Organising Training for Staff and booking Accommodation
·Filing
·Invoicing
·Selling all our services
·Producing basic jobcards


Essential Skills & Qualifications for Bodyshop Receptionist role:

·Front of house or PA experience is essential
·Previous telephone experience is preferred
·You must be IT literate and have knowledge of Microsoft
·Be hard working 
·Have the ability to work under pressure
·Be a team player 
·Good telephone manner
·Automotive experience
·Customer handling skills
