Bodyshop Multi Skilled Technician

BODYSHOP MULTI SKILLED TECHNICIAN
Basic Salary – £30,000pa - £38,000pa + OT at time and a half, a car allowance and vehicle for travel!
Working Hours – 40 hours per week
Location - Travelling across 3 sites Sutton, Acocks Green and Rugby

A unique and extremely desirable role has recently become available for a mobile multi skilled bodyshop technician, with the overall objective of supporting three sites for repairs, the successful candidate must be flexible, positive and a self starter with a friendly and approachable nature to fit into any team. 

Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Multi Skilled Technician
·Work efficiently in multiple fast-paced accident repair centres
·Follow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction.
·Stripping and fitting vehicles.
·Panel beating vehicles
·Some SMART repair work will also be required.

Skills and Qualifications of an Bodyshop Multi Skilled Technician
·You will have served a recognised apprenticeship as a MET Technician/ Strip Fitter and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA).
·You must have previous experience working within bodyshops 10 years minimum
·You will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques. 
·You will be competent and efficient travelling between sites and work well as a team player
·You will have experience with stripping fitting, panel beating and SMART repairing.
