Job role:Automotive Service Advisor
Salary:£26,000 - £29,000 DOE + Overtime
Working Hours:Monday-Friday 09:30 - 18:00 - One in Two Saturday mornings - 08:00 - 12:00

My client, a commercial vehicle dealership is actively seeking to employ a skilled & experienced Automotive Service Advisor for full time permanent vacancy.
Responsibilities of an Automotive Service Advisor
·Writing orders for repair work
·Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed
·Up selling after sales services
·Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders
·Raising jobs cards
·Communicating effectively with the Workshop, Technicians and the Parts Department to ensure a smooth experience for the customers
Skills and Qualifications of an Automotive Service Advisor
·Excellent communication skills
·Second to none Customer Service skills
·Enthusiasm and is hard working
·Self-motivated and a team player
·Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage
·Motor trade experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL for this role
