Job role: Parts Advisor (HGV's)
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 DOE
Location: Tipton, West Midlands
Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday, one in four Saturday mornings from 08:00 - 12:00
My client, A leading Commercial Vehicle Company, requires an Automotive HGV Parts Advisor for their operation in Tipton, West Midlands.
As a Commercial Parts Advisor you will play a vital role in keeping the depot and workshop moving in the right direction.
You will be covering both front and back counter, servicing both the workshop and external customers.
To succeed in this role as a Commercial Parts Advisor you need to have:
- Previous Parts Advisor experience (motor factors or HGV, Fleet or Bus)
- Excellent organisation and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn systems and computerised stock and order management system
- Positive sales experience
- Strong IT skills are essential, experience of using either Kerridge, 1-Link and R2C would be beneficial for this role
- HGV parts experience would be beneficial, however experience in either a car, van or construction plant environment will be considered also
