My Client, a commercial dealership in Blaydon, requires an Assistant Service Manager / Senior Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager to join their busy Service Department.
This is a very busy department, with a high footfall of customers and excellent customer retention.
They are looking for an Assistant Service Manager / Senior Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager with an energetic attitude and confidence who is able to handle all level of enquiries as well as being proficient at up-selling.
The role will be looking after a team of Service Advisors ensuing processes and customer service satisfaction is maintained, troubleshooting customer issues with a view to a successful resolution and supporting the Service Manager in their role.


The successful Assistant Service Manager / Senior Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager

·A supervisory proven track record at senior level from within a Service department of a Main Car Dealer or commercial dealer
·Knowledge of a franchise DMS System / Kerridge
·Excellent people management and organisational skills.
·A proven up-sell record.
·A clean, UK Full driving licence.
·Class 1 or 2 an advantage
