AFTERSALES ADVISOR
Basic Salary – £20,000
Location - Lincoln

Vacancy to be filled by an experienced AfterSales Advisor with a flexible and can-do attitude who is always committed to offering quality customer service.

Responsibilities of a AfterSales Advisor
·Taking outbound calls for Service Bookings from existing and potential customers.
·The appoint existing customers for due Service & MOT
·Follow up customers after they have had a VHC
·Take inbound Service Bookings.
·To hit monthly targets


Skills and Qualifications of a AfterSales Advisor
·Must have previous experience as a AfterSales Advisor
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Must be money motivated with confidence in up selling
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Ability to thrive within a busy service department
·'Can Do' attitude & Great Customer Service
