LATE SHIFT FOREMAN

Commercial Vehicle Workshop Foreman required for thriving company in Basingstoke.

Basic Salary in excess of £38K (Potential to earn £50K with OTE) Overtime available.


Late Shift: Monday - Friday 15:00 - 11:30. Overtime: paid time and a third.

A new and exciting position for an experienced Late Shift Workshop Foreman has arisen for an extremely successful company, based in Basingstoke.

This is an opportunity for a commercial workshop foreman to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward through positively influencing the service team and ensuring the best possible service is delivered throughout the workshop!


Essential Skills & Qualifications for this role:
·NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Goods Maintenance and Repair.
·Confidence in managing and assisting a team of pro-active technicians.
·A can-do attitude, leadership skills, impeccable organisational skills and commitment.
·A flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
·A genuine interest in ensuring you and your service team perform at the best of your ability.
·Having previous experience in an automotive role at this standard or similar.
·A full clean UK Driving Licence.
