Workshop Foreman / Workshop Supervisor / HGV Technician
 
Annual Salary - £45,091, substantial overtime available, on target yearly earnings of £50,000 - £55,000 annually
 
Working Days / Hours - Monday-Friday - 07:00-16:30
 
Location - Ashford
 
Responsibilities of a HGV Technician/Foreman
·Oversee and supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
·Strong communicative skills
·Ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance work.
·Undertake vehicle inspections and servicing
·Preparation and presentation of vehicles for MOT inspection.
·Remain up to date with the latest vehicle technology, DVSA inspection standards.
·Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed.

Skills and Qualifications of a HGV Technician/Foreman
·Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician
·Prior Experience In Commercial Vehicle maintenance
·Supervisory experience
·HGV licence is an advantage
·Diagnostic Experience
