Shifts:
Monday - Friday 06:00 – 16:00
1 in 2 Saturday Mornings 07:00 – 12:00



My client hires both general and municipal vehicles and now has a nationwide fleet of 5,000 and a product range of over 80 various vehicle types and sizes.

They are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join their extremely busy site in Manchester.

The Workshop Controller role involves:

·Be responsible for the day to day running of the workshop
·Organising a large team of technicians
·Maintaining and controlling the productivity of a busy workshop
·Ensuring that commercial and operational requirements are considered at all times
·Meeting customer expectations for repair times of vehicles

Essential for this Workshop Controller role:

·Level 3 or equivalent
·Class 1 licence
·Own Tools
·Previous supervisory role
·Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage a workshop
·Well-developed management and leadership skills
