Skilled and motivated Workshop Controller / Senior Service Advisor / Service Advisor required for a thriving company located in Lincoln.

£26,500 + (Overtime available) Monday - Friday Role!

A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Workshop Controller / Senior Service Advisor / Service Advisor has arisen for an immensely successful Commercial Dealership, based in Lincoln.

This is an opportunity for a commercial Workshop Controller to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward, through influencing and assisting at the workshop and with the service team.

Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 16:30

You will need to be fully experienced in the field as you will be guiding and motivating your team to ensure the company thrives!

Essential Skills & Qualifications for this Workshop Controller role:
·A can-do attitude, leadership skills, impeccable organisational skills, confidence and commitment.
·Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
·A genuine interest in ensuring you and your service team perform at the best of their ability.
·Having previous experience in a commercial dealer environment.
·Full clean UK Driving Licence.
