SERVICE ADVISOR / WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR
OTE - £30,000
Basic Salary – £24,500
Working Hours - Mon-Fri 08.00-18.00, 1 in 2 Saturdays 08.00-12.00
Location - Crawley

As a Service Advisor/Warranty Administrator, you will be a crucial role within the business and will be helping to drive the business forward to ensure full compliance with all manufacturer warranty systems and to minimise the risk of warranty audit failure. The successful candidate will need excellent organisation and communication skills with a flexible and can-do attitude who is always committed to offering quality customer service.
This is a busy role and involves a lot of liaison with manufacturers, therefore strong communication skills and ability to build a strong rapport with people is crucial.



Responsibilities of a Service Advisor / Warranty Administrator
·Take Service Department bookings.
·Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
·Meeting and greeting service customers and identifying their service requirements
·Updating customers with technical issues
·Dealing with complaints
·Seize opportunities for up selling products
·Assist the Aftersales Manager
·Submitting accurate warranty and goodwill claims
·Applying the policy and procedures correctly to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
·Monitor warranty reports
·Achieve industry-led standards of processing efficiency and cost control
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines are put into place.

Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor / Warranty Administrator
·Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Must be money motivated with confidence in up selling
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Ability to thrive within a busy service department
·Experience within the motor industry in a warranty role
·Computer literate with good communication skills
·Extremely organised along with the ability to manage the workload efficiently
·Great attention to detail in your work
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
