VOR PROGRESSION CONTROLLER HOUNSLOW



VOR Progression Controller
 
·Maintain the VOR progression report & Breakdown reports produced and give daily updates

·Liaise with third Party suppliers for daily updates on vehicles currently in their workshop

·Communicate effectively with all internal/external customers by telephone and emails

·Contact customers on a daily basis to update them on vehicle status and log results

·Maintain Call Center updates and email results twice daily at 9am and 3pm

·Plan mobile visits to resolve remedial repairs as a result of reactive non-urgent breakdowns

·Update the mobiles planned work daily and ensure there are no vehicles that remain VOR

· without been actioned.

Ensure all work has been documented for clearer communication between departments

Basic salary of 26k
