TYRE FITTER / VEHICLE TECHNICIAN
SALARY £25,000 with very achievable OTE / Bonus up to £30,000pa
LOCATION: BEACONSFIELD

Our successful high end automotive company is seeking and experienced and professional Tyre Fitter / Vehicle Technician / Service Technician who will have previous experience in a similar role and strong teamwork skills.

Duties and Responsibilities for Tyre Fitter / Vehicle Technician / Service Technician

·Repairing & fitting tyres in accordance with the client's guidelines
·Removing & refitting tyres and components in accordance with the companies' high standards.
·Fixing brakes, exhausts
·Diagnosing customer needs by listening, responding and explaining work required to ensure vehicle is in road worthy condition
·Servicing and fixing minor faults
·Speaking and liaising with ca
·Identifying worn & faulty components needs in accordance with the Company Standards.
·Contributing to good housekeeping routines
·Understanding and adhere to the company's policies and procedures in all aspects of work
·Someone who supports and help colleagues where required to deliver team priorities
·Undertaking the necessary training and skills development
·Maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues and customers by treating people with dignity and respect and taking pride in the appearance of the centre and yourself

As a Tyre Fitter / Vehicle Technician / Service Technician you must have:
·Candidates must be qualified to Level 2 - 3 City & Guilds or NVQ, IMI standards or equivalent.
·You must have your own tools and a current full driving licence
·Good Mechanical & Vehicle knowledge and understanding
·Good Customer service
·Experience of working within a mechanical environment
·Excellent spoken and written English
·Computer literacy
·Numeracy skills

The successfully candidate will work well within a team, have excellent communication, attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
The successfully candidate must also be organised and punctual with a drive to succeed, ensuring maximum efficiency and utilisation of time.
