DIAGNOSTIC VEHICLE TECHNICIAN (Level 3 Required)
Salary £22,000pa - £28,000pa with £32,000pa OTE OVERTIME AT TIME AND HALF
Location: EDINBURGH

·As a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for the diagnostic repair, service and maintenance of all kinds of vehicles ensuring all work is carried out to the highest manufacturer standards
·Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Manager.
·Speaking with customers on occasion to provide your expert, technical opinion.
·Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
·Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
·Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
·Capable of providing a clear hand written description of the work carried out.

We would need you to have the following:

·A relevant automotive NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds Qualification
·Servicing and Diagnostic experience
·Your own set of tools
·Dealership experience or large independent experience!!
·We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
·Aptitude for multi-tasking.
·An eye for detail.
·Ability to work under pressure.
·Quality awareness.
·Communication skills.
·Full driving licence
