Vehicle Technician and MOT Tester
Basic Salary up to £25,000pa plus Bonus/OTE up to £34,500pa
Location: Shrewsbury

We have an amazing opportunity for a Vehicle Technician and MOT Tester who is looking to work for a very popular brand, with a great, achievable bonus.

You will be placed within a large team of Technicians, and be expected to always work to high standards and be very efficient. The ideal candidate will be a team player, and be flexible.

General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own
